Judges Decline to Indulge in Jackie M.
Jackie M. sizzled on the runway, but apparently wasn't hot enough to get the attention needed to bring home a win at the Fashion Challenge put on by the Human Outreach Council. New Jackie M. PR guru, Whip Jones, created the campaign. Even though Jackie lost, by the looks of the picture, she's a clear winner!
