Lesli Kay joined the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful in 2005 in the role of the rebellious Felicia Forrester, the daughter of Eric and Stephanie Forrester. Kay, whose character was ill with cancer, made one of the most daring moves in daytime history in the Spring of 2006, shaving her head in order to keep her character true to life. Her hair was donated to Locks of Love, an organization dedicated to providing wigs to cancer-stricken children solely from donated hair. The character of Felicia, made a full recovery from her illness, and is as embroiled as ever in the loves, and lives, of the Forrester, Logan, and Marone families.
Kay, whose first daytime roles were on Loving, One Life to Live and Ryan’s Hope, is perhaps best known as Molly Conlan McKinnon on As the World Turns, a role for which she won a Best Supporting Actress Emmy® in 2001. After eight years as Molly, Kay relocated to Los Angeles and took on the role of Lois Cerullo Ashton on General Hospital. Kay’s other credits include the films When Harry Met Sally and Ghost as well as guest star roles in prime-time television, such as CSI: New York and The Ghost Whisperer. Most recently, Kay finish a movie with her husband, actor/director/screenwriter Keith Coulouris, entitled Shadow People which took the award for “Best Digital Feature” at the 2007 Napa/Sonoma Wine Country Film Festival.
In 2007, Kay was nominated for another Emmy® in the Best Supporting Actress category, this time for her work on The Bold and the Beautiful.
Kay lives in Los Angeles with her husband Keith Coulouris and her two sons, Jackson and Alec. Her birthday is June 13.
