Brian Gaskill stars as “Oscar Marone,” a rough-around-the-edges character who is the nephew of Massimo Marone on The Bold and the Beautiful.
Born in Hawaii and raised in New Jersey, Brian Gaskill broke into television as a hot rising star on Aaron Spelling’s “Melrose Place” spin-off “Models Inc.” The series garnered him much attention and he subsequently landed the role of “Bobby Warner” on ABC’s “All My Children.” This role brought Gaskill substantial recognition including being named “Best Younger Actor” by Daytime TV Magazine in 1997 and receiving a nomination for “Outstanding Younger Lead Actor” at the 1997 Soap Opera Awards.
After leaving “All My Children,” Gaskill emerged in the film market with a role in Sony Screen Gems’ “The Broken Hearts Club,” and the critically acclaimed short film “Higher Grounds” opposite Ann Cusack. Following his feature film appearances, Gaskill guest starred on numerous primetime series including “Undressed” (MTV), “Clueless.” “The Pretender,” and “Diagnosis Murder.” In 2001, Gaskill returned to daytime television in the role of “Rafe,” a vampire slaying angel, whose task it is to bring guidance to the evil-afflicted people on the ABC series “Port Charles.”
Dedicated and hard working, Gaskill also finds time in his busy schedule to support causes for the well-being of children, animals, teachers and education.
Brian lives in Los Angeles. He celebrates his birthday on January 22nd. He is 6’0” with blond hair and green eyes.
