Paul Satterfield portrays motivational speaker Dr. Pierce Peterson, who has more than a professional interest in Dr. Taylor Hayes, on THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL.
Paul was born in Nashville, Tennessee, and was raised in California. He was offered a basketball scholarship from Whitman College located in Washington State, where he earned a B.A. degree in English Literature and Dramatic Arts.
Paul began his career working in the theatre while filming television commercials and appearing in international print campaigns. Soon after, he landed a role on the daytime drama, General Hospital, where he portrayed Paul Hornsby from 1991 - 1994.
Paul has guest starred on numerous television hits such as Veronica's Closet, Murder One, Seventh Heaven, Poltergeist: The Legacy, and the prime-time drama Savannah where he spent two seasons as a series regular. In addition to his television success, Paul has just completed starring in his third feature film entitled Duty Dating.
When Paul isn't acting he's contributing his time to various charities including the Make-a-Wish Foundation, Juvenile Diabetes and pro-celebrity golf and tennis events.
In his free time Paul enjoys spending time with his family, music, surfing and horseback riding. He is also building a cabin on 150 acres of redwood forest in the Pacific Northwest. Paul was born on August 19. He is 6'4" with dark blond hair and green/blue eyes.
