Ridge brings Brooke breakfast in bed, and tells her about the article in the paper of Andy's accident Ridge also tells Brooke that her children will be coming home to her today. Ridge goes to Stephanie's to pick up his children and bring them back to their mother. Stephanie yells at Ridge and tells him that he is making a mistake. Taylor finds out that Nick and Jackie are suing the Forrester's over their name. Nick tells Taylor to concentrate on her pregnancy and not to worry about the fashion wars. Katie surprises Brooke at her home and Brooke tells Katie that Ridge has dropped the custody suit. Brooke is reunited with her children while Ridge watches with tears in his eyes. Brooke thanks Ridge for bringing her kids back to her, and Ridge tells her that he will find out who Andy's accomplice was. Stephanie glances at the newspaper and sees the article on Andy being electrocuted on the roof. She is shell-shocked

Ridge pushes Andy to tell him who his accomplice was. A guard rushes in and startles Andy who accidentally falls into a metal gate, electrocuting himself. Katie surprises Donna when she returns to town for Donna's wedding. Donna tries to convince Katie that she truly loves Thorne. Stephanie warns Katie not to get in her way of stopping Thorne from marrying Donna. Katie stands up to Stephanie. Stephanie tries to get through to Thorne about his true feelings for Donna and Thorne gives Stephanie an ultimatum: accept Donna or lose him. Brooke thinks that it is suspicious that Andy knew about her custody hearing. Rick tells Ashley that she was right about him and Phoebe. Rick asks Ashley if there is a future for them. Ridge returns to tell Brooke that he took care of Andy, and that Andy had an accomplice.

Ridge chases Andy when he runs out of Café Russe after Ridge notices him. Ridge follows Andy onto a rooftop where Ridge lunges at him. Andy grabs a high voltage antenna to defend himself and reveals to Ridge that he had an accomplice; someone who knows Brooke well. Donna gives Stephanie a sample wedding invitation and Stephanie is aghast when Eric insists that the wedding be at their house, no matter what Stephanie wants. Brooke calls into work to let them know she isn't coming in and Nick tells her to take her time. Nick, Jackie and Storm brainstorm ideas to beat Forrester. Brooke confesses to Bridget that she told Ridge about the attack. Brooke decides to press charges if Andy is found.

Ridge comforts Brooke about her attack. Ridge tells Brooke that he will protect her and tries to convince her to press charges against Andy. Brooke doesn't want to press charges she wants her children back. Ridge promises her that he will not let anyone take her children from her and leaves to locate Andy. Ridge finds Andy at Café Russe. Stephanie and Ashley admire Eric's designs for the upcoming show when Stephanie begins to insult Brooke, accidentally mentioning Andy's name. Eric signs paperwork for another loan. Phoebe confesses to Rick that she has been sending him mixed signals regarding sex. Phoebe tells Rick she loves him, but isn't ready to make love and runs out. Both Jackie and Nick don't think their designs will beat the Forrester's. Nick and Jackie brainstorm on alternate ways to beat Forrester this season.

Brooke is a mess as she recalls the attack, and Donna is concerned for her well-being. Ridge visits Brooke at her house to see why she wasn't at the Boldface Records concert and Brooke reveals to Ridge that she knows he filed for full custody over their children and later tells him of her attack. Eric tries to smooth things out between Thorne and Stephanie when Donna storms in and exposes Stephanie of convincing Ridge to petition for full custody. Rick tells Phoebe that he will support her music career and she insists that she can't do it without him. When the couple romantically embraces, Rick tells Phoebe that he wants to make love to her.

Brooke and Stephanie argue about Andy and Brooke insists that Stephanie doesn't understand what she is talking about. Stephanie reveals the petition in which Ridge seeks full custody of the children which pushes Brooke over the edge. Constantine, along with special guest stars Jon McLaughlin and Elliott Yamin, perform during the Boldface Challenge concert. When all of the performances are done, Phoebe, Constantine and Rick nervously wait for the results. Ridge hopes that Phoebe won't have to sing with Rick.

Stephanie and the attorney urge Ridge to sign the papers for permanent full custody. Ridge tells Ashley that he signed the papers for full custody and she wonders if he did it for the right reasons. Phoebe worries about winning The Boldface Challenge and having to sing with Rick. Phoebe runs into Ashley who informs her that Rick is still madly in love with her. Nick asks Bridget why the hearing was postponed and if Brooke is ok. Stephanie sneaks into Brooke's house and harasses her about her involvement with Andy.

Bridget is stunned to learn of the attack on Brooke. Brooke tells her it was Andy from Café Russe, but she will not report him for fear of losing custody of her children. Bridget counsels Brooke and takes proper and appropriate steps for Brooke's physical and emotional well-being. Donna taunts Stephanie by asking her to help plan her wedding. Stephanie refuses to believe she and Thorne will make it to the altar. Ridge is torn between fighting for full custody of the children and his concern for Brooke. Stephanie tells him he is doing the right thing. Thorne tries to convince Ridge that he is being controlled by Stephanie, leaving Stephanie furious.

Brooke recalls her memories of the attack from the night before and reinstalls the security system in her house. Dorothy makes a surprise visit to Brooke and demands that she explain her change in behavior from the night before. Brooke releases her frustration and anger on Dorothy. Jackie wonders if Donna will still marry Thorne if Brooke gets her children back. Donna sees no reason to give up her relationship with Thorne, and Jackie warns her to the dangers of Stephanie. Donna informs both Jackie and Thorne that the hearing has been postponed. Thorne wonders if it has anything to do with Stephanie. Stephanie introduces Ridge to the custody lawyer and makes it clear he doesn't want full custody. Dorothy calls Stephanie to let her know that the hearing has been postponed.

After being attacked by Andy Brooke tries to call for help but Andy threatens her reconciliation with her children. Dorothy comes over for a visit and sees Brooke very stressed out. Meanwhile, Andy is hiding upstairs, and once Dorothy leaves, he stops Brooke from escaping. However, Brooke finds a letter opener and uses it to defend herself. Taylor has deep fears about her egg donor showing up and demanding to take their child. These fears make Taylor more sympathetic towards Brooke's situation and she encourages Nick to help Brooke. Eric thinks that Ridge's desire for Hope and R.J. to be with Brooke should be enough proof for Stephanie to stop her quest for custody.

Brooke deals with Andy's abrasiveness and he leaves her alone until Stephanie calls and tells him to return to the house. Andy sneaks in and Brooke finds herself in a dangerous situation. Rick and Phoebe have trouble practicing because she can't feel the words, and Rick feels like the situation is hopeless. He finally begins to get through to Phoebe with words of hope, and they almost kiss. Felicia observes Constantine performing and she leaves him with something a little unexpected.

Phoebe isn't as interested in singing with Rick as she once was but Rick tries to convince her that the world needs to see her passion and Constantine advises her to be professional and leave her personal emotions out of her performance. Nick tells Stephanie he'll be there to defend Brooke the next time she comes after her and Stephanie seemingly begins to back off. Brooke finds out that Andy is her secret admirer, and is caught off guard when he reveals his knowledge about her custody case. He offers Brooke a ride home, but she is frightened by his intensity and rushes home alone. She arrives home to find Andy at her front gate, and asks him to leave.

Stephanie tells Taylor that Donna is out to avenge Brooke. Stephanie hints at the custody agreement and how it will become permanent and that she wants Taylor to help.Ridge rethinks the situation involving Brooke and his children with Ashley. Dorothy is impressed by Brooke's progress and because of it, she will request a custody hearing for tomorrow. Stephanie suggests to Dorothy that she stop by unannounced and to not believe anything that Brooke says. Andy sits at the bar thinking of Brooke and the gift he sent her. He sits down at Brooke's table and admits to her that he is her secret admirer.

Jackie tells Stephanie about Donna and Thorne's engagement, and gives Eric Thorne's engagement gift. Eric and Stephanie argue about their son's engagement to Donna. Stephanie is still convinced that Donna is just using Thorne. Brooke questions Donna's true feelings for Thorne and her motives. Jackie suggests Brooke design Donna's wedding gown. After Donna leaves, Brooke and Jackie discuss Stephanie's opposition to the engagement.

Stephanie continues to insist that Donna is using Thorne to get back at her and Thorne fights back - kicking his mother out of his home. Stephanie later sneaks into the house and surprises Donna, who stands her ground and insists she will marry Thorne. Eric is surprised when Thorne tells him about the engagement, and Ally tells them that she likes having Donna around. Nick and Jackie discuss Donna's plan, and Nick worries it will backfire and hurt Brooke. Rick asks Ashley for advice on how to get Phoebe back. Meanwhile, Phoebe's daydream at Constantine's loft upsets her when she imagines Rick and Ashley together. Constantine is there to comfort her.

Phoebe interrupts Ridge and Ashley's romantic morning when she comes over to discuss her duet with Rick and Ridge warns her about getting back together with him while Rick brainstorms with Bridget for ideas to win the contest and wow Phoebe. Ashley visits Rick to tell him that she is back with Ridge. Thorne returns to his beach house with Donna where they make love and discuss more plans for the future. Ally anxiously awaits Thorne's return, and Stephanie and Eric take her to see him where things go awry. Eric brings Ally to the beach when they notice luggage outside of the house, and Stephanie becomes furious when she discovers Donna and Thorne together. Stephanie attempts to drag Donna out by her hair, and is shocked when Thorne reveals their secret tells her to leave his fiancé alone.

Thorne's plan to calm Donna's nerves works and Donna and Thorne discuss details of their future. Eric and Stephanie spend the night at home with their grandkids, discussing her hatred for the Logan's and the threat of Brooke working for Forrester Creations. Andy stops by unexpectedly, telling Stephanie that he doesn't trust her motives and wants to pursue Brooke on his own. Meanwhile, Nick comforts Brooke and tells her to call her children, but Stephanie will not put them in contact, lies to her and tells her they are already in bed.

Stephanie continues to try and convince Andy to pursue Brooke. He is suspicious of Stephanie's motives, but is very intrigued by Brooke. Bridget performs an ultrasound on Taylor when Carl interrupts to remind Taylor to take an amino test because the eggs may be from someone other than the anticipated donor. Nick visits Brooke, attempting to comfort her by showing her a picture of the ultrasound. Meanwhile, Taylor sees Stephanie and tells her to leave Brooke alone and Thorne goes to the greatest length to assure Donna that they can overcome their family differences.

Donna and Thorne leave town on a romantic getaway and Thorne continues to fall into her trap. Brooke is moved by Nick's support for her, but is taken by surprise when she later realizes that Ridge is back with Ashley. Ridge defends Brooke to his mother, and Brooke begs him not to let Stephanie destroy him. Meanwhile, Stephanie meets with Andy, urging him to pursue Brooke. Taylor tells Nick that she feels guilty about testifying against Brooke. Nick reassures her that it is Stephanie's fault, and not Taylor's, that Brooke has lost her children, and they off head to their doctor's appointment.

Phoebe and Stephanie are guests on the Rich Ginger show where they make an announcement of a charity concert for Boldface Records. Ridge watches the show and becomes horrified that Phoebe is going to sing with Rick on television. He vows to not allow it to happen. Stephanie makes it clear to the audience that Forrester Creations is not - in any way - involved with Forrester Originals. She also makes it clear that Brooke is no longer a member of the Forrester family. Brooke, Donna, Eric and Ridge are stunned by Stephanie's actions on the show. Stephanie continues to make slanderous remarks about Brook's name and company. Thorne is upset with his mother and calls Donna for comfort. He wants to run away with her.

Stephanie hosts a barbecue with Abby, Aly, Hope and to help Ridge and Ashley get back together. Ridge and Ashley do not want Abby to sleep over, so as not to give Stephanie false hope. Ridge tells Ashley that he loves her, and the two reconcile. Donna tells Brooke that she will help her fight for her kids. Later, Donna urges Thorne to give his opinion on Brooke and Ridge's custody battle. Donna then confronts Thorne about his pill addiction, and Thorne admits he can't get over Darla. Donna continues to manipulate Thorne, and plans to be the next Mrs. Thorne Forrester.

Phoebe tells Ridge that his relationship with Ashley should not be over just because her relationship with Rick is. As Phoebe puts in her support for her duet with Constantine, Rick seems a force to be reckoned with as he starts his own campaign. Rick tries to make Phoebe see that he is not the only believer in their relationship. Ashley tells Stephanie that she feels there is nothing she can do to help her relationship with Ridge. Ridge admits to Stephanie that Ashley is a great woman, but that he drew a line when Phoebe got hurt. After Ridge tells Ashley that he wants her to resign, Ashley pleads for his forgiveness and tells him she is not leaving L.A. or the company.

Constantine tells Phoebe that they are going to hold an online contest for viewers to vote on who makes better music together. Then, whoever wins, will perform their duet at a concert. Phoebe is reluctant at first, since this might mean singing with Rick, but Constantine convinces her that it's a good career move. Meanwhile, Rick turns to Brooke for comfort about Phoebe, and she tells him that if she really means that much to him, he'll fight for her. Rick goes to see Phoebe at work, and she tells him about the contest/concert. Donna confronts Stephanie when she shows up during a lunch meeting with Jackie at Bikini Beach, nearly slapping her for calling Brooke a whore. She gets silent revenge later, however, when Thorne shows up and asks her on a date for that night.
