Brooke and Dante had donned their swim suits and headed to Brooke's pool to spend the day together. Dante had brought some wine (he is from Italy, you know) for them to share in the morning. While Dante went to look for a corkscrew, Brooke received a cell phone call from Nick. He wanted to see her, but she told him to spend time with Bridget instead.
After hanging up the phone, Nick was puzzled. Eric showed up in his office. He wanted to know what Nick's intentions were towards Bridget. Eric explained he knew about his feelings for Brooke. Nick and Eric agreed it was a good idea to tell Bridget the truth. Then Eric related how Brooke had begged him not to say anything to Bridget for another day. She needed one more night to make Bridget feel comfortable that she had no interest in Nick. Nick was blown away. What was Brooke thinking about?
Back at the pool at Brooke's Old Place, the flirting was hot and heavy. Brooke and Dante went for a swim and then lounged by the pool with a couple of glasses of wine. Brooke commented Dante was talented and handsome. Dante replied Brooke was savvy and beautiful. She wondered if he was still interested in a job at Forrester Creations. He said it depended on the position.
"I know several positions I'd like to try you in," Brooke purred. (That wasn't simply a double entendre, my friends. That was pure sexual heat being transmitted through sounds waves! Yowzah!) Dante picked up on the vibe and flirted back. Brooke received another call from Nick. He demanded to know what she was planning. Eric had filled him in. But Brooke pretended they were having a different conversation. For Dante's sake, she told Nick to enjoy his time away with Bridget. They needed to reconnect. After hanging up, Dante commented it sounded as if Brooke really was over Nick. Seeing as Dante was such a good friend to Bridget, Brooke suggested he let her know as well. Then she'd know she had nothing to worry about. Her mother was moving on. Dante replied he'd need to see some further proof. Brooke happily obliged by pulling Dante close and planting a passionate kiss on his lips. (Sweet Certs with Retsin! Brooke is pulling a fast one....with a fast one!)
Gaby-with-a-Y. Agent Dunn had to admit the fact the kids had consummated their union made it a difficult case. Perhaps they had been too hasty.Meanwhile, the breakfast table at Chez Ridge had erupted into chaos. Thomas was furious his mother had called immigration and told them to come pick up Gaby-with-a-Y. Taylor responded she was doing what she thought was best. Thomas and Gaby-with-a-Y had broken the one ground rule she had set. Thomas told his wife to pack a bag, they were going to leave. Gaby-with-a-Y tearfully went upstairs while Taylor and Thomas continued to argue. Taylor implored her son not to do anything foolish. Thomas replied he had no choice. His own mother was turning the woman he loved over to the authorities. Gaby-with-a-Y reappeared and Thomas began to usher her out the door. (Doesn't Thomas need a travel bag as well?) But it was too late! Agent Dunn and two uniformed officers grabbed Gaby-with-a-Y and handcuffed her! Taylor made a statement detailing how the marriage between her son and Gaby-with-a-Y was a fake! Agent Dunn was pleased and opened the door to lead his charge away. But look! There's Carmen Gutierrez! She's the lawyer Mrs. Forrester called. Taylor complained she didn't call a lawyer. Ah, but Mrs. THOMAS Forrester did. Taylor was livid! Gaby-with-a-Y had contacted legal counsel? Gaby-with-a-Y retorted she had been given no choice. She simply couldn't let Taylor deport her. Carmen went right to work and asked if Thomas and Gaby-with-a-Y if their marriage was real. They replied it was. She then asked if the marriage had been consummated. They replied it had been. Carmen pointed out it seemed like a real marriage to her. Perhaps the tabloids would love to get a hold of this story. The mighty Forresters didn't approve of their son marrying the daughter of the hired help - so they had her deported! Taylor stood her ground. That was not the case at all. Carmen then worked on Agent Dunn. He had better make sure he had a rock solid case. She was certain the court of public opinion would not like two love birds being torn apart by a vengeful mother-in-law. Taylor screamed the facts were being twisted to help
Oh, this is rich! Taylor's the bad guy for a change. Ooh, I love it, I love it, I love it!

The new day dawned and Eric and Brooke went to work at Forrester Creations. In her office, Eric was informed Brooke and Nick were no longer an item. He knew that was a bunch of hot air. How could they control their feelings? Brooke insisted it had to be done to protect Bridget. Eric was in favor of telling their daughter the truth so she wouldn't get hurt later. Brooke would not stand for that tactic. They were interrupted by Dante and his black T-shirt's entrance. Eric left and Dante could tell something had been going on. Brooke insisted it was simply two parents concerned about their daughter. Dante said he was concerned about Bridget as well. How far had Brooke and Nick gone?
Meanwhile, Eric returned to his own office and found Bridget waiting for him. She wanted to know if she was being stupid to think Nick and her mother had put the past behind them. Every time she went to Brooke's Old Place, Nick was there talking to her. She understood she had put them through hell, but when were they going to get over it. In fact, she wondered if they ever would. It seemed Eric knew something he wasn't telling her. Eric sat down with his daughter. He told her she was a very intelligent woman. He only suggested she always keep her eyes open
and come talk to him if she needed to. Bridget was paged and had to go to work at the hospital.
Back in Brooke's office, Dante apologized if he was out of line. Brooke told him she appreciated his concern for her daughter. It was clear he had very strong feelings for her. Maybe he could help by convincing Bridget nothing was going on between Brooke and Nick. Dante said he'd be happy to do that if he believed it himself. Dante had to take a call from a gallery on his cell phone. (Wait! Dante works at Forrester now. I was wondering why he was wandering the halls.) While Dante took his call, Brooke got a phone call from Eric. He told her Bridget had been by and suspected the worse. He wanted to be honest with her. Brooke asked for one more day to convince Bridget she was moving on with her life. After hanging up, Brooke suggested she and Dante spend the afternoon together. (Ah, that's the plan. Find a new hot, hunky man in a tight, black T-shirt! Sweet Fruit of the Loom, it's foolproof.)
Over at Chez Ridge, Phoebe dropped in on Gaby-with-a-Y. She said it might be time for her sister-in-law to take a trip to Arizona to meet her cousins. Gaby-with-a-Y was confused. She was happy there at Chez Ridge and didn't plan to leave. Phoebe was bitter and snapped that Gaby-with-a-Y should watch her step. Downstairs at the breakfast table, Gaby-with-a-Y told Thomas that Phoebe was up to something. Phoebe was all sugar and spice when she announced Gaby-with-a-Y as planning to move to Arizona. Thomas and Gaby-with-a-T denied anything such thing was happening. Taylor was confused. Phoebe spit Gaby-with-a-Y didn't belong in the family. She had driven Ridge away. Taylor tried to explain it was a complicated situation. Phoebe then produced the condom wrapper she had found. It was proof Thomas and Gaby-with-a-Y had broken the "no sex" rule. Taylor was furious and ordered the twins upstairs. She railed at Gaby-with-a-Y for lying to her. Thomas defended his wife which infuriated Taylor further. She picked up the phone and asked for the number of immigration! Thomas begged his mother to reconsider. Gaby-with-a-Y cried into her scrambled eggs. Taylor got a hold of Agent Dunn and admitted she had lied. Thomas' marriage to Gaby-with-a-Y was a fake...a sham...a ruse...not worth the paper on which it was printed! Agent Dunn replied he'd be right over.
Sweet pack your American Touristor! Gaby-with-a-Y's days seem to be numbered.

It turned out that Nick and Brooke did not get down and do the horizontal mambo at the foot of the stairs of Brooke's Old Place. Brooke pulled herself together and just said "no." But Nick insisted he loved Brooke. He could not live without her. They had been looking for each other all their lives. How could they deny themselves this chance at happiness. Brooke wisely pointed out this was real life. "You don't always get everything you want." (Ain't that the truth, sister!) Nick ranted he would not be able to be in the same room with Brooke if he stayed with Bridget. He would always want her. Brooke threatened to take Hope and RJ and leave town. She meant it. She would not do anything to threaten her relationship with Bridget. Just then, Bridget walked through the door. Brooke stammered Nick had come to visit Bridget. Nick stated that wasn't true. Brooke glared at Nick. Bridget took the lead. She understood her actions had hurt them both. Of course they would have things to discuss with each other. She now knew they had other reasons not to be together than her. (Did you follow that? I'm not sure I did.) She simply wanted to find a way for them to get past her lying about the abortion. Nick made it clear he was thrilled she was carrying his child. Brooke said the two of them should spend a lot of time together to bond with the baby. Bridget asked Nick if that would be possible. Nick said "we'll see." Bridget hugged her mother and told her she loved her. Brooke cried she loved Bridget too. "More than you'll ever know," she wept as she stared at Nick.
Now let's go over to Chez Ridge. Phoebe was having a hard time with her trigonometry homework. She asked twin sister Steffy for some help. Steffy was clueless as well and suggested Gaby-with-a-Y could be of help. Phoebe laughed that Gaby-with-a-Y was not much help around the house. Steffy pointed out their parents marital problems had begun when Gaby-with-a-Y came to live with them. That gave Phoebe some food for thought. She wandered to Thomas's room for some trig advice but found he wasn't there.
Over in Gaby-with-a-Y's bedroom, she and Thomas were basking in the sweet afterglow of their first love-making session. It was perfect. (Yeah. Right Sure it was.) But they decided they should not spend the night together. Thomas should get back to his room. Thomas put his boxer shorts back on and started to pick up his clothes when Phoebe knocked on the door! (In a very funny big a dialog, Gaby-with-a-Y asked "Which one is it?" It makes sense she couldn't the twins apart yet.) Thomas hid in the bathroom and Gaby-with-a-Y answered the door. She feigned having been asleep and promised to help Phoebe with her homework in the morning. After Phoebe left, Thomas came out of the bathroom. Gaby-with-a-Y picked the condom wrapper off the floor and reminded Thomas to take it with him. Carrying his clothes, Thomas scurried back to his own room.
When he arrived there, he started to put his clothes away and couldn't find the condom wrapper! That's because Phoebe was still wandering the halls in search of help with her trig homework. She found the wrapper right outside Thomas' door. She went in and demanded his expert math assistance. When he blew her off, she produced the evidence she had found of his dalliance with Gaby-with-a-Y. He had broken the rules and she was going to tell. Thomas threatened his sister. This wasn't a game. Gaby-with-a-Y's future was at stake. Phoebe replied Gaby-with-a-Y didn't belong with them. It was her fault their father was gone. Besides, she had simply come in seeking some help. Thomas didn't mean to be so mean to her. Thomas knew he was in deep doo doo.
That story was so full of holes, I can drive my Toyota truck right through it! First of all, if Thomas didn't want anyone to know he had been naked in Gaby-with-a-Y's bedroom, why was he carrying his clothes around the hallways of Chez Ridge while wearing his boxer shorts? Wouldn't it have been much wiser to put the clothes on while still in his wife's bedroom? And what was the reason for Thomas to transport the condom wrapper out of Gaby-with-a-Y's bedroom? What did they do with the actual condom? I'm supposing it was disposed of in the bathroom. Wouldn't it made sense to do the same thing with the wrapper? Boy! These kids need me around for some sound advice. I know all there is to know about messing around, sneaking around after, and keeping prying noses out of it.
