Pam’s appearance on the talk show turns from tame to outrageous in a matter of minutes due to the host’s hidden agenda. Owen and Jackie make amends and decide on a method to making future decisions about their marriage.

Bill announces a revision to the company’s “Royalty” campaign with a new queen of Forrester Creations being the focus. Light is shed on the severity of Beth’s condition during a visit to her daughters. Justin flashes back to a fond memory of when he and Donna were at the height of their high school love affair. Ridge confesses to Brooke that he doesn’t think he can work at Forrester Creations anymore.

Jackie’s suggestion shocks Owen and makes him realize that his dream of starting a family will never happen as long as he remains in his marriage. Katie attempts to justify her alliance with Bill, but to no avail; Brooke no longer trusts Katie. Bill and Ridge go head-to-head over exactly who is driving the wedge between Katie and her family.

During her first day as CEO of Forrester Creations, Katie realizes how much of a quandary she is in by being caught in the middle of her family and Bill. When learning about Katie’s news, Brooke and Ridge speculate that this is another one of Bill’s plans to manipulate Katie. Taylor worries that Steffy is getting too involved in Owen and Jackie’s marriage. Jackie has her mind set on what her answer will be to Owen’s plea to start a family together.

Eric packs up and moves out of his office in preparation for Katie taking over his position as CEO. Despite their suspicions about Bill’s true intentions of buying Forrester Creations, Brooke and Ridge vow to make the difficult transition together. Jackie confesses her reservations to Whip about starting a family with Owen. Eric calls Bill and Katie in for a meeting to discuss the sale of the company. Following Bill’s spiel to Eric and the others about his plans for the future of Forrester Creations, Brooke has a plan that she feels will benefit all involved.

Thorne learns of Stephanie’s strokes and is sworn to secrecy. Eric and Ridge are determined to win their battle against Bill by scrambling to earn the money needed to make the loan payment on Forrester Creations. Bill pleads his case to Brooke and Donna about his true intentions of obtaining Forrester Creations. Brooke begins to see Bill’s point of view and takes his side.

Brooke and Donna try to convince Katie that the DVD is proof that Bill’s only agenda is revenge. Taylor refuses to allow Stephanie to deal with her condition on her own. When Jackie fills the Jackie M personnel in on the news about Stephanie, Nick concocts a plan to get her to return to the company. Ridge and Bill have a difference of opinion about who is responsible for tearing the Logan family and Forrester Creations apart.

Brooke and Donna arrive unexpectedly at Katie’s and are stunned by what they see.

Pam attempts to convince Stephanie to fess up to everyone about her medical condition. Thomas calls Steffy out on her infatuation with Owen. Jackie is blindsided by the guest that Owen invites over to their house.

Still furious after watching the DVD she found, Katie puts Bill on the spot about whether or not her sisters are correct that he is using her to exact revenge upon Eric. Bill proves his love to Katie with a sparkly and expensive gift. Following the incident on the boat, Steffy begins to see Owen in a whole new light. Jackie becomes concerned that the newest interference in her marriage to Owen could be Steffy.

Brooke takes matters into her own hands in order to save Forrester Creations. A playful excursion turns disastrous when Steffy has an unfortunate accident that puts her life in danger.

Steffy surprises her new “best friend” Owen with an impromptu trip on the Shady Marlin to help him escape from the craziness of Jackie M. Eric, Brooke, and Rick sadly close one chapter of their history, but look forward to the next. Eric is more determined than ever to not allow Bill to take anything more from his family.

Eric is determined to raise the massive amount of money that Forrester Creations needs to erase their debt. Feeling as though Katie has betrayed the company, Ridge fires her. Whip unearths Jackie’s insecurities about Owen’s budding friendship with Steffy. Remembering the warning that Jackie had given her earlier, Steffy becomes hesitant about continuing her friendship with Owen. When being confronted about her evasiveness, Steffy tells Owen about her heated conversation with Jackie.

After eavesdropping on Owen and Steffy’s private conversation, and realizing there is a strong connection brewing, Jackie lays in wait for her young competition and once again warns her to stay away from her husband.

Eric gives Ridge the news he’s been longing to hear. Brooke and Donna are in shock when learning about the steps Bill has taken to become of the owner of Forrester Creations, and insist that he is only using Katie when Katie further admits Bill’s intentions towards the company, and their relationship. Bill admits the truth to Katie when she confronts him with her sister’s accusations.
