Brooke and Ridge exchange vows in an unconventional private ceremony on Malibu Beach. The showstopper from the fashion show is a hit with everyone except Donna. During a magazine interview, Stephanie doesn’t hold back her feelings regarding the new Forrester Creations surf line and the man behind it. When Stephanie learns who created the showstopper, she vows to give credit where credit is due. Donna tries to explain to Eric the story behind the showstopper but is distracted by a celebratory office romp.

In order to proceed with their plan to take over Forrester Creations, the group at Forrester Creations prepares to sell the new “Dare” line to Bill. Eric thinks that the only way that they can save the line is if Brooke and Donna model the dresses. After seeing the new line, Bill makes his decision about whether to continue with it or not. Lt. Baker agrees to get resolution for Sandy. Later, Sandy is given disturbing news about her case.

Nick accompanies Sandy to the police station to meet with Lt. Baker about reopening her case. Frustrated from getting the run-around, Sandy demands that Lt. Baker give her answers now. When Katie insists to see Eric and Ridge’s new collection before it debuts, Brooke and Donna try to persuade her to change her mind. Later, Eric and Ridge try to convince Bill not to have the preview, but Bill puts his foot down and demands to see the line.

Katie gets the uneasy feeling that Brooke and Donna have something to do with the quality of Eric’s new designs. Katie later confronts her sisters asking them what they think about the collection and further, if a mutiny is in the works. Stephanie becomes suspicious about Sandy and Whip’s interactions. Nick’s suggestion for Sandy go to a rape treatment center isn’t well-received. Sandy is touched when Nick calls Lt. Baker and asks him to take a look at her case.

Eric tries to change Stephanie’s mind about canceling Christmas. Later in church, Stephanie has a spiritual moment which makes her questions her purpose in life. Eric calls his children to come to the house for Christmas despite Stephanie’s request. Brooke tells Ridge and her children that she will not be attending Christmas with them at the Forrester mansion but will meet up with them later. Stephanie arrives home to find her family congregated together and the house decorated for the holiday. Stephanie’s Scrooge-like attitude changes when Brooke enters with the intention to put their differences aside… at least for the holidays.

Nick and Jackie invite the entire Jackie M. company, and their families, to a Christmas party. Jackie and Owen, Nick and Bridget, and Ridge and Brooke all celebrate their first Christmas Eve as husband and wife. Bridget gives special thanks to Sandy, and the miracle gift that she is giving her. Stephanie reflects upon her Christmas’ past, including her dear friend Sally Spectra, and comes to realize that there is no place that she’d rather be, than where she is in Christmas present; with her new family at Jackie M.

Katie tells Bill exactly what she wants for Christmas. Sandy is not in the holiday spirit this year, but her friends and family attempt to change that with some nudging and a serenade. Eric shares with his goal for the new year with Brooke and Ridge. He then receives confirmation that his plan is on track.

Eric receives a warm welcome back from the employees of Forrester Creations. Brooke and Donna make a decision to not invite Bill to the family’s Christmas festivities, despite him being their brother-in-law. This decision does not go over well with Katie as she must decide whether to spend the holidays with her husband or her family. Rick and Steffy present the new “Dare” line to an unimpressed Bill.

Brooke and Donna are conflicted about being a part of Ridge and Eric’s plan to deceive Bill and Katie in their quest to get Forrester Creations back. Eric makes a promise to Bill and Katie about the pending outcome of his return. Sandy begins her first day of work at Jackie M. in an extremely stressful position. Nick invites the Jackie M. employees to a Christmas party, but not all are eager to attend. Steffy creates a new campaign for Eric and Ridge’s new collection entitled “Dare”.

Sandy is appalled when she overhears Nick telling Brooke her secret. She later thanks him for it. Meanwhile, Bridget and Stephanie have plans to help Sandy and her future. When Steffy voices her true feeling about Katie, Ridge lets her in on his and Eric’s plan to take Forrester Creations back. Brooke later learns about the plan and has second thoughts about further deceiving Katie.

Eric agrees to Ridge’s plan to regain ownership of Forrester Creations and comes up with his approach to ask Bill for his job back. The winner of the advertising campaign challenge is announced. Katie is hurt and resentful towards her sisters for not warning her about Eric and Ridge’s bid to buy back the company. Justin takes an open opportunity to cheer up and charm Donna. Steffy could care less about the outcome of the challenge.

Whip and Steffy meet again on The Catwalk to compete over which fashion house has the best advertising campaign. Eric and Ridge do not attend, or watch, the competition out of protest. They instead attempt to concoct another strategy to regain control over Forrester Creations. Audience members, viewers and participants are all on pins and needles as the winner of the challenge is about to be announced.

The Forrester Creations and Jackie M companies prepare for another showdown, but this time in regards to their advertising campaigns. Bill and Katie bask in their professional and personal success until Bill receives Eric and Ridge’s offer to buy back Forrester Creations. He is quick to respond to the proposal. Taylor pays visits to both competing companies and offers her well-wishes. Her loyalties to both companies have varying reasons, including a blossoming relationship.

Sandy is forced to reveal the secret that she’s been keeping after Nick discovers Whip in her trailer. She then pleads with him not to reveal her secret to Bridget. Bill voices his disapproval for the way Katie handled the situation with Steffy. Katie later rectifies her actions. Ridge and Eric divulge their intentions to buy back Forrester Creations from Bill. Brooke and Donna feel torn when they must decide if they will support their husbands in their quest to win back the company or to maintain their loyalty to Katie.

Brooke gives Nick sound advice about how to deal with Sandy. Bridget inadvertently hits a nerve with Sandy while trying to get to know her better. Sandy puts Nick in his place when he continues to probe her about her past. Feeling discouraged from her two failed attempts at dating, Taylor gives up her search for love online and refocuses her life on her career. Later, Taylor takes on a new and very determined patient who hopes that she can cure what’s ailing him.

Nick makes a confession to Brooke regarding the secret he is keeping from Bridget. Whip warns Sandy about possible consequences to keeping secrets from Nick. Sandy tries her best to not raise Bridget’s suspicions while Nick continues to put her on the spot. Despite the great time she had on their date, Taylor has second thoughts about going out again with her new suitor.

Because of Katie’s reaction, Steffy vows to do all that she can to get Forrester Creations back in the hands of her family. Bill goes out of his way to redeem himself with Katie with a surprise. Taylor unexpectedly enjoys the company of her extremely charming and adoring blind date.

Katie confronts Steffy about making a move on Bill and makes an assumption about why she did it. Bill sets the record straight when Justin grills him about his dealings with Steffy. Nick keeps his promise to Sandy by not revealing to Bridget what he had learned. Taylor’s second attempt at Internet dating has a similar and discouraging outcome as the first.

Steffy is shocked that Brooke knows what happened in Big Bear, but is even more shocked by her reaction and advice. When Katie notices that Bill’s necklace has been found, he feels compelled to tell her about how he lost it. Bridget and Taylor interrogate Whip about his conversation and association with Sandy. A very determined Nick continues to push Sandy for answers about her true identity.

Bill has a change of heart about keeping his discretion a secret from Katie. Brooke also has a change of heart about telling Katie when she realizes the ramifications of Bill and Steffy’s secret getting out. Ridge must swallow his pride when he admits to his renewed attitude towards working at Forrester Creations. Nick demands answers after he makes a startling discovery about Sandy.

Katie’s assumption for the reason behind Steffy’s unusual behavior hits closer to home than she realizes. Rick makes a heartfelt confession and a tender plea to Steffy, but she has a confession of her own. After sitting on pins and needles for weeks, Nick, Bridget and Sandy receive the results of the pregnancy test. Nick later pays a visit to Sandy’s home hoping to get an answer about why she doesn’t care for him. Bill reveals to Brooke the whole truth about his night in Big Bear with Steffy.

While fearing what Ridge’s reaction to the news about Steffy kissing Bill will be, Brooke learns additional information that conflicts with Bill’s story. Bill gives Brooke a warning when she confronts him about these new developments. A “new and improved” Rick has an uncomfortable encounter with Steffy, followed by a cathartic moment with Ridge. Whip goes straight to Sandy for answers to his questions about what she is hiding and why she is keeping so many secrets.

Jackie and Owen participate in a photo shoot displaying Jackie M’s new “Adam and Eve” campaign. Whip’s interrogation, in conjunction with the commotion at the photo shoot, causes Sandy to become inconsolably frazzled. While suppressing her guilt, Steffy gives a belated wedding gift to Katie. When Brooke catches Bill in a lie, he is forced to make a confession about the kiss he shared with Steffy. Brooke wonders if Bill is telling her the whole story.
