Nick finds a clever, yet daring, approach to finding out if the man he suspects as Sandy’s attacker, is indeed the guilty party. Taylor interrogates Steffy about why Katie is trying to push her out of the company. Hope is horrified when she overhears a brutally candid conversation between Brooke and Ridge. Having heard enough, Hope confronts Brooke and Ridge about their cruel words.

Katie and Brooke argue about the new “Hope for the Future” campaign and the affect that it will have on the company and their families. Nick pays a visit to the man that he suspects is Sandy’s attacker. Ridge and Taylor speculate about why Katie has a vendetta against Steffy. Later, Taylor confronts Katie about her grudge. After having the time of her life at a photo shoot with Graham, Hope’s evening takes a turn for the worst.

Stephanie tries to convince Ridge to get as far away from the Logan family as possible and urges him to reunite with Taylor. Having overheard this, Brooke lashes out at Stephanie for interfering in her marriage. Nick and Sandy take the first steps in finding her attacker. Graham sets up a photo shoot with Hope in his apartment and goes to the extreme to make her comfortable.

Stephanie warns Whip that Taylor and Ridge will always have feelings for each other. Whip invites Taylor to a romantic dinner and presents her with a gift and a heartfelt declaration. After Katie appoints Hope to be the voice of the new Forrester Creations campaign, Steffy confronts Katie about her true intentions. Hope later confronts Steffy about her jealousy after being the butt of a malicious prank. Stephanie gives Ridge an earful about what Taylor has been up to recently.

Steffy and Hope put their differences aside and have a girls’ bonding night at Insomnia Café. Oliver reveals to his sister, Sandy, the reason why he returned to Los Angeles. Stephanie reverts back to her old ways of attempting to get Taylor to once again pursue Ridge. Ridge makes a bold statement about his feelings towards Brooke’s family and how he plans to deal with it.

Frustrated by all of the turmoil that Brooke’s sisters have caused at Forrester Creations, Ridge refuses to break bread with them in his own home. During a business meeting at Insomnia Café, Hope sets her sights on the new DJ. The interest appears to be mutual. Stephanie wonders if Taylor’s feelings are torn between her burgeoning relationship with Whip and her long history with Ridge.

Whip returns to Taylor for another doctor/patient session, but this time the roles are reversed. Steffy and Katie argue their cases to Bill in regards to their campaign lines, each hoping that he’ll choose their side. Steffy later makes a private plea to Bill. Brooke is put on the spot when Ridge asks about the reason behind Katie’s dislike for Steffy. Ridge and Brooke refuse to allow another one of their children to come between them.

Stephanie makes a tempting offer to Ridge when he comes to her for advice. Bill makes a confession to Justin about his rendezvous with Steffy. Refusing to be pushed out of Forrester Creations because of her interactions with Bill, Steffy angrily confronts Katie. Bill is forced to choose sides between Katie and Steffy. Brooke becomes worried when Ridge’s rage overtakes him. Sandy’s brother, Oliver, comes to town and learns about all that she has been up to since their last encounter.

Katie proclaims Hope and her campaign to be the future of Forrester Creations. Steffy turns to her family after her ad campaign was denied by Katie. She claims that she is the victim of a conspiracy created by the Logan sisters. Taylor fills Stephanie in on all of the drama that is going on at Forrester Creations. The state of affairs within the company begins to drive a wedge between Brooke and Ridge. Stephanie has a stern warning for Brooke about her marriage to Ridge.

Katie’s motives for choosing Hope’s ad campaign over Steffy’s are questioned by all involved. Brooke misinterprets the reason for Ridge’s furious outburst and fears that their marriage is in jeopardy. Nick and Whip assist Sandy in putting the pieces together of the night that she was raped. Forrester Creations’ new photographer is revealed to have former ties in Los Angeles. Taylor comforts Ridge when he is put in a difficult position. Hope participates in her first photo shoot for her proposed ad campaign.

Steffy makes her presentation for her concept of a new ad campaign and is surprised when Hope enters with her own presentation; the one that she and Katie created. Major resentment ensues when Katie chooses Hope’s campaign over Steffy's. The competition between Hope and Steffy sparks conflict between Brooke and Taylor. Sandy makes an emotional confession to Whip about her attack and his part in it. Stephanie informs Ridge that Taylor is dating someone.

Having overheard Steffy express her opinion about Hope working at Forrester Creations, Hope tries to get her step-sister to understand that she isn’t a threat. With revenge on her mind, Katie underhandedly creates a new campaign idea and passes it off as Hope’s. Katie later tells her sisters that she forgives them for their betrayal, but she isn’t ready to forgive Steffy. After reading about the suspension of the “Dare” line, Jackie asks a worried Owen to check in on Steffy.

Not everyone is happy when Hope announces that she has been granted an internship at Forrester Creations. Steffy voices her concern about Hope joining the company to Ridge and Taylor. Upon learning of Hope’s fear that she will be stepping on Steffy’s toes at Forrester Creations, Brooke offers to have a chat with her step-daughter to let her know that Hope poses no threat. Ridge is caught in the crossfire when Steffy, Taylor and Brooke argue about which family members should work at Forrester Creations and plead with him to make the decision.

Sandy makes Nick promise to keep the secret about her attack from Bridget. Bill and Katie arrive back at Forrester as a united front, which surprises everyone, especially Steffy. After their last failed attempt to take back the company, the Forresters attempt to devise another plan of attack. Katie witnesses an affectionate moment between Steffy and Bill.

Still hurt from Katie leaving him the night before, Bill puts his sword necklace back on for the first time since he lost it. Later, Katie returns home to an emotionally closed-off Bill and attempts to reconcile with him. Steffy confides in Thomas about her visit to Bill the night before. Hope’s fresh view and opinion of Ridge and Brooke’s state of affairs at Forrester Creations brings them new insight.

Bill and Katie’s argument comes to a head and sends Katie running to the comfort of her family. Katie blames her sisters for the problems she is having in her marriage. Steffy shows up at Bill and Katie’s house to tell an intolerant Bill what she really thinks of him. Although receiving discouraging news about her case, Sandy receives gratitude from Lt. Baker for bringing to light their failing system. Sandy vows to seek revenge against her attacker.

Bill confronts the Forresters about their coup and gives them an ultimatum. Bridget and Nick give Owen gag gifts in regards to becoming a grandfather in an addition to a “thank you” for all that he has done for Jackie. Steffy reveals to her family her true hatred towards Katie and her sisters. Bill tells Katie that he wants nothing to do with her family and questions her loyalty.

Eric, Ridge and Donna are worried that Katie is onto their plan to sabotage the “Dare” line. Bill and Steffy discuss their kiss and their mutual dislike for each other. Brooke admits to Katie that the new collection was meant to be a failure and begs her not to tell Bill. Following an intense meeting with Katie, Bill calls a company meeting.

Still suspicious of the new “Dare” line, Katie asks Jarrett for his opinion. His opinion affirms her mistrust. Sandy is overwhelmed by all of the unprocessed rape kits she sees and becomes extremely angry. Brooke’s guilt about betraying Katie begins to worry Ridge. Katie puts Brooke on the spot when she confronts her regarding her suspicions of a mutiny. Nick calms Bridget’s fears when she becomes worried about Sandy’s recent behavior.

Brooke confronts Whip about why he and Sandy are hiding that they are related and why they are both suddenly involved with Bridget’s life. Sandy learns more discouraging information about her case. She is besieged with fear, sadness and anger when she revisits the evidence in her case. Bridget asks Stephanie if she will accept an important position within her and Nick’s family.
