Whip invites Taylor to give Brooke and Ridge competition in regards to being “steam room champions.” Owen accompanies Bridget to her doctor’s appointment to determine the paternity of her baby. Jackie is surprised when she arrives at the hospital and finds Owen and Bridget together. Bridget is put on the spot when Jackie learns the purpose of her doctor’s visit.

Stephen asks Bill to do whatever he can to hurt Eric and attempts to get Donna on-board, as well. Stephanie’s presence is not well-received when she tries to extend an olive branch to the Logan family. While tempers are flared, Bill tells Stephanie about Donna’s settlement demands. Steffy’s jealousy gets the best of her as she sees how happy Oliver and Hope are. Once again, Pam’s behavior becomes erratic and off-kilter.

Donna is torn by her conflicting emotions and tells Eric that she needs time to think about their relationship. On her way out, she leaves her list of demands for Eric to read, not knowing what the list contains. When Bill confesses to Katie that he encouraged Donna to leave Eric and to take half of Forrester Creations from him, she questions his motives. Bill makes a promise to Donna and Katie that he will help them seek revenge against Eric and Stephanie.

Bill gives Donna a list of demands to give to Eric when she goes to confront him about the incriminating photo. Eric and Stephanie attempt to justify the photo of them kissing to Donna. Despite Eric’ plea to allow him to redeem himself, Donna feels hopeless about her marriage. At Nick’s request, he and Bridget tell Jackie and Owen that Bridget is pregnant. Bridget and Owen privately agree to take a paternity test.

Aggie vows to herself and Oliver that she will not tell Nick about Bridget and Owen. When Stephanie offers to move out, Eric goes to Donna to tell her that he will not allow Donna to walk out on their marriage and asks her to come home. Bill gives Justin an incentive to help with his plan. Bill has a list of demands legally drawn up for Donna in the event of her divorcing Eric. Eric becomes concerned about his marriage when Pam shows him a photo on the Internet of him kissing Stephanie.

Eric is dumbfounded that Donna turned to Bill for comfort. Bill angrily comes to Donna’s defense. Donna leaves Eric when he tells her that he can’t cut Stephanie out of his life. Steffy overtly flirts with Oliver by making advances at him and reminding him of their kiss. Oliver doesn’t react to Steffy’s advances they way that she had hoped. Eric and Stephanie’s family rejoice in the idea that their parents may reunite.

Donna goes back to Eric to reconcile, thinking that Stephanie moved out the night before. When Donna finds out that Eric didn’t ask Stephanie to leave, she gives him an ultimatum: her or Stephanie. Owen and Jackie participate in another “Cabana Boy” photo shoot. Jackie notices that Owen’s actions in this photo shoot differ from his attitude in previous shoots.

After leaving Eric, Donna finds a friend in Bill and confesses to him about her relationship woes. Katie reminisces about the good times she has had with her family. Lt. Baker interviews Stephanie about Beth’s accident and clears her of all wrong-doing. Bill offers to let Donna stay with them and provide any legal action against Eric and/or Stephanie. With Donna out of the way, Stephanie offers to take care of Eric. While drinking martinis, Eric and Stephanie flashback to their happier years together.

Stephanie attempts to persuade everyone, including herself, that she isn’t accountable for Beth’s accident. Donna wants to pursue legal action against Stephanie for what she has done. When Donna senses that she doesn’t have Eric’s support on pressing charges against Stephanie, she walks out on him. Eric assures Stephanie that he won’t let anything happen to her. Word spreads throughout Forrester Creations about Beth’s accident.

Katie confesses to Bill her fear regarding Beth’s deteriorating health. After spending a romantic day with Bill, Katie gets an eerie feeling that something isn’t right. The Logan family rallies together to assist Beth and to find out what Stephanie had to do with the accident. When describing her last interaction with Beth, Stephanie makes an effort to convince the family that she had no malicious intentions.

Bill makes an offer to Katie to have her parents move in with them to avoid further drama with the family. Eric is touched when Stephanie offers to move out of the guesthouse for his sake. Later, Beth arrives at Stephanie’s doorstep to confront her about leaving Eric alone. Stephanie refuses to listen to Beth’s tirade and leaves, but with Beth closely behind. Beth’s delusional and confused confrontation with Stephanie has a tragic outcome.

Beth becomes infuriated when Stephanie tells Donna to get her family out of Eric’s home. Eric feels torn between helping Donna’s mother and hurting Stephanie’s feelings. Stephanie is convinced that Donna is using her mother to get back into Eric’s good graces. Donna is having a difficult time dealing with her mother’s mental health dwindling and her marriage falling apart. Stephanie is taken aback when she realizes that she misinterpreted Eric request.

Stephanie visits Eric to discuss having Beth and Stephen stay elsewhere. When Eric refuses, Stephanie intensely continues her plea and vows to get the Logans out of Eric’s home, and life, forever. Later, Donna seeks out Stephanie to get her to understand how critical Beth’s condition is and what Stephanie’s presence is doing to her. Stephanie scoffs at Donna’s request and vows to rid Eric and his house of all Logans once and for all.

When Stephanie learns that Stephen and Beth are staying in the Forrester mansion, she attempts to convince Eric to change his mind. An argument ensues as Beth attempts to pack up Stephanie’s belongings and throw her out of the guesthouse. Owen has a difficult time containing his guilt as Jackie professes to him how much joy he has brought into her life. Bridget’s attempt at a confession is thwarted by Nick’s loving words and seductive moves. Later, Owen makes an offer to Bridget to take a paternity test to clear both of their minds of the possibility that he may be the father of her baby.

Stephen and Beth return to town with heartbreaking news for their family. Eric invites Stephen and Beth to stay with him and Donna. After much anticipation and anxiety, Bridget learns the results of her pregnancy test. When Bridget wants to tell Nick the truth about her one-night stand, Owen tries to convince her not to. Nick and Jackie separately prepare romantic evening for Bridget and Owen. Not able to handle the guilt any longer, Bridget has a confession for Nick.

As a means to win back Eric’s heart, Stephanie arranges a public tribute in his honor. Stephanie narrates a beautiful montage of Eric’s accomplishments with Forrester Creations. Donna feels like an outsider when Stephanie and Eric embrace at the end of the tribute. After Stephanie privately tells Eric that she loves him, they share a kiss. Pam secretly snaps a picture of Eric and Stephanie kissing on her cell phone. Nick and Jackie catch Bridget as she is about to take the pregnancy test.

Bridget confesses to Owen about the possibility of her being pregnant. Owen convinces Bridget to take an at-home pregnancy test. Stephanie opens up to Ridge about her hopes of reuniting with Eric. Donna pleads with Stephanie to move out of the guest house in order for her and Eric to work on their marriage. When Stephanie refuses, she reminds Donna of the lack of support that she gave Eric while Bill owned Forrester Creations. Donna fears that her past behavior could be the current demise of her marriage.

Owen voices his dislike regarding his part in the new Jackie M. advertising campaign, but goes along with the photo shoot for Jackie’s sake. Bridget’s guilt begins to get the best of her as Nick speaks of Owen and Jackie’s marriage. When Bridget realizes that she has missed a few days of taking her birth control pills, she panics at what the consequences of her actions might be. Thorne attempts to convince Eric to leave Donna and reunite with Stephanie.

Donna confesses to Brooke and Katie her fear that she may be losing Eric. Brooke issues a stern warning to Stephanie to stay out of Donna and Eric’s marriage. Donna feels rejected when Eric dismisses her while she attempts to discuss the problems they are having in their marriage. Whip introduces a new advertising campaign for Jackie M., “Cabana”, with Owen playing the role of “cabana boy.”

Donna pleads with Eric to change his mind about letting Stephanie stay with them. When Eric refuses to budge on his decision, Donna leaves and finds an unlikely source of comfort in Bill. Donna later returns to Eric and apologizes for having left. Stephanie witnesses this and wonders if there still may be a future for her and Eric. Bridget asks Aggie for a second chance with their friendship.

Owen becomes concerned when Oliver reminds him that he’s been staying at the beach house. When Stephanie tells Eric about Donna’s phone call, he assures her that his decision to allow her to stay in the guesthouse is final. Donna is stunned when Eric returns home and finds that against her wishes, he has brought Stephanie with him. Oliver becomes frustrated by Steffy’s overt advances towards him. Steffy’s prank to make Hope look bad in front of Oliver backfires.

Because Eric is at Taylor and Whip’s wedding with Stephanie, Donna sits alone sulking about the state of her marriage. Everyone is surprised by Ridge’s outburst regarding Taylor during the wedding. Knowing the truth about Bridget and Owen’s fling, Aggie is disturbed at the sight of Nick and Bridget looking like the perfect couple. While Stephanie is at the wedding with Eric, Donna calls and tells her that she will not be allowed to live in the guesthouse.
