Despite Stephen’s sincere words to Pam, there is still suspicion whether or not his feelings for her are genuine. Brooke confesses to Ridge about her concern regarding Steffy’s vendetta against her. Steffy taunts Oliver about how Hope will react when she learns about his and Brooke’s secret. When Oliver denies Steffy’s accusations, she presents him with the results of her investigation.

Assuming that Steffy actually knows about what happened at Hope’s party, Brooke begins to panic at the thought of Stephanie learning her secret. Steffy gives Stephanie a tip on a possibility that they may soon be rid of the Logan family forever. Brooke and Oliver plot out how to maintain their secret. In jail, Stephen receives word about an undesirable option for an early reprieve. Stephen is later put on the spot by Pam, who confronts him about what his true feelings for her are.

Based on Oliver’s reaction to Steffy’s accusations, she believes that she knows what happened on the night of Hope’s party. After further probing, Steffy senses that there is more to Brooke and Oliver’s tryst. Stephanie proposes a deal between the Forresters and the Logans that would be sure to benefit both families, but not in ways that some would want. Oliver informs Brooke that Steffy is onto their secret.

Marcus tries his best to derail Steffy from acting upon her suspicions and using them to her advantage. A devastated Bridget turns to Brooke for comfort after her fall-out with Nick. Once again, Ridge finds himself caught in the middle of Stephanie’s feud with the Logan family. While viewing Daddy Yankee’s music video from Hope’s party, Oliver becomes concerned about what may have been caught by the camera.

After further investigation, Steffy learns that what Marcus had claimed that he had observed wasn’t completely accurate. Stephanie declares that the Forrester vs. Logan war is back on and recruits Steffy to help get rid their lives of their enemies. Brooke offers Oliver advice on how to get past the guilt and shame that has been haunting him. Hope begins to have suspicions about Oliver’s recent change in behavior.

Brooke is shocked by Oliver’s interrogation and accusations about what happened at Hope’s party. Marcus’ lingering feelings for Steffy resurface during her sexy lingerie photo shoot. Steffy becomes disappointed when Marcus reveals to her what he had witnesses between Oliver and Hope. To verify Marcus’ claim, Steffy attempts to warm up to Hope to gain further information.

Nick’s reaction to the truth about Owen and Bridget is far worse than what anyone had expected. Brooke creates excuses for Stephen’s irrational aggression towards Pam and Stephanie. Hope informs Oliver about how she was conceived, about her biological father, Deacon, and about Brooke’s history with men. While discussing how to keep their accidental tryst under wraps, Oliver stuns Brooke with a biting question.

Bill, Katie and Brooke arrive at the Big Bear cabin to find the horrifying aftermath of Stephen and Stephanie’s mêlée. Stephanie makes a serious threat to Brooke that she will seek revenge for what Stephen had done to Pam. Nick’s world comes crashing down around him when Bridget makes a startling confession about an indiscretion. Aggie justifies her actions of telling Nick about the conversation she heard between Bridget and Owen.

When Bill threatens him, Mike reveals that he sold Stephen a gun. Brooke, Katie and Bill learn that Stephanie took Pam up to Big Bear and they rush up to stop Stephen from hurting anyone. Stephen hands Pam the gun and tries to get her to shoot Stephanie. Stephen demands that Pam pull the trigger. Pam raises the gun to Stephanie. Knowing the truth, Aggie tells Nick that she saw Bridget and Owen having sex and that Owen is the baby’s father. Nick tells Bridget about Aggie’s accusations. He demands to know if Aggie is telling him the truth.

Brooke is aghast when she learns about Stephen and Pam. Brooke, Katie and Bill find Mike at Pam’s house and press him for answers. Brooke becomes concerned when Mike admits that he thinks that Stephen is using Pam to get back at Stephanie. When Stephen gets to the cabin, he urges Pam to stand up to Stephanie one last time before he takes her home. When Pam shows resistance, Stephen gives her an ultimatum. Stephanie arrives back at the cabin and is furious to find Stephen there. Bridget’s baby shower is poolside at Taylor’s house. Aggie observes Owen and Bridget’s interaction at the baby shower and is suspicious that Owen is the baby’s father. Later, Aggie has her suspicions confirmed when she eavesdrops on a private conversation between Owen and Bridget.

Stephanie kidnaps Pam and takes her to the Big Bear cabin to convince her that Stephen is using her. Stephen hints to Bill and Katie that he is using Pam to get back at her and Stephanie for all they have done to the Logan family. Pam secretly calls Stephen to let him know that Stephanie took her up to Big Bear. Stephen vows he will rescue Pam. Whip and Aggie plan to throw Bridget a baby shower. Jackie admits to Owen that she fears that she may lose him to Bridget once the baby is born. Aggie notices that Bridget is hesitant about the party and eggs her on to agree to attend. Everyone is delighted when Bridget finally agrees.

Katie is shocked when Stephanie informs her that her father is carrying on with Pam. Stephanie continues to tell Bill and Katie that not only has Stephen gotten Pam to fall in love with him; but they’ve moved in together, too. Bill and Katie have a hard time believing Stephanie but Pam arrives and soon confirms that her relationship with Stephen is true. Pam further shocks her sister when she admits that she and Stephen slept together. Finally, Stephanie gets Katie and Bill to side with her against Stephen and Pam’s relationship. Mike tries to uncover what Stephen is planning on doing with the gun. When Stephen refuses to give Mike any answers, Mike warns Stephen to never let anyone know where he got it. Pam and Stephanie argue and Stephanie decides to take matters into her own hands, forcing an unwilling Pam to go away with her, for her own good.

Stephen tries to comfort Pam and attempts to convince her that Stephanie never had her best interests at heart. Pam begins to regret her actions and possibly her budding relationship with Stephen. Ultimately, Stephen’s romantic words and actions win, and Pam gives into her passion and she and Stephen make love. After making love, Pam finds herself completely under Stephen’s spell. Meanwhile, Stephanie is convinced that Stephen is using Pam to get to her and consults with Lt. Baker about her options. Hope tells Ridge how happy she is; both in her family life and her love life.

As it becomes more difficult to hide his emotions and having to continue to lie about what’s bothering him, Oliver experiences a panic attack.

Guests arrive to Hope’s graduation party and are given the required masquerade attire. Daddy Yankee’s pulsating beats lead some of the guests at Hope’s graduation party to commit unspeakable acts. Nick shares with Aggie details from his past, while Aggie credits Nick for giving her a future.

Brooke reminds Steffy that she is not welcome at Hope’s party. Steffy tells Marcus that she intends to crash the party and use Hope’s lost necklace as a part of her plan. Nick and Aggie return from their business trip with a new respect for one another.

Oliver convinces his friend, Daddy Yankee, to perform at Hope’s graduation party while scouting a location for his latest music video. Stephen conducts a shady business arrangement with Mick Guthrie. Pam becomes flustered when she stumbles upon a half-naked Stephen. Brooke threatens Steffy to stay away from Oliver and to not even consider any attempts at sabotaging Hope’s party.
