The Bold and the Beautiful Takes Home Five Golden Emmy® Statues at the 37th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards

Los Angeles, CA - CBS’s hit daytime drama THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL was the recipient of five Emmys® at the 37th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy® Awards, in Los Angeles, California, and live from the stage of the Las Vegas Hilton in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The following awards were won live from the Las Vegas Hilton in Las Vegas, Nevada during the broadcast of the 37th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy® Awards on the CBS Television Network on Sunday, June 27, 2010:
Outstanding Drama Series: Bradley P. Bell, Executive Producer; Rhonda Friedman, Supervising Producer; Ron Weaver, Senior Producer; Adam Dusevoir, Coordinating Producer; Cynthia J. Popp, Producer. This marks the second win in this category, the previous being last year, in 2009.
Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series: Drew Tyler Bell (Thomas Forrester). This marks Drew’s first nomination and his first win.
Outstanding Drama Series Writing: Bradley P. Bell, Head Writer; Kay Alden, Co-Head Writer; Michael Minnis, Co-Head Writer; Tracey Ann Kelly, Writer; Patrick Mulcahey, Writer; Rex M. Best, Writer; Elizabeth Snyder, Writer; John F. Smith, Writer; Adam Dusevoir, Writer; Shannon Bradley, Writer; Jerry Birn, Writer. This marks the first win in this category for Bradley P. Bell and the B&B writing team.
The following awards were won during the Creative Craft Awards portion of the 37th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy® Awards which were presented at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles, California on Friday, June 25, 2010:
Outstanding Achievement in Music Direction And Composition for a Drama Series: Lothar Struff, Music Supervisor; Bradley P. Bell, Composer; Jack Allocco, Composer; David Kurtz, Composer. This marks the first win for B&B in this category.
Outstanding Achievement in Hairstyling for a Drama Series: Carlos Pelz, Hairstylist; Michele L. Arvizo, Hairstylist; Audrey Soto, Hairstylist. This marks the fourth win for B&B in this category, with three previous wins in 1996, 1998 and 2009.
