B&B’s Senior Producer, Ron Weaver has written a novel which is garnering worldwide attention.
The Canyon News (Los Angeles) reviewer called it “one of the most amazing novels in history…surely a candidate to become a literary classic.”
There will be a book signing event at Barnes & Noble at The Grove next door to CBS Television City on September 16th at 7 p.m. Many of B&B’s current and former cast members are scheduled to attend. Lesley-Anne Down, Ronn Moss, Lesli Kay, and Joseph Mascolo will read some excerpts so it should be a lot of fun.
You can find out more about the book at www.SoulMateTheNovel.com. Quotes from some of B&B’s stars are in the Reviews section and you can read preview chapters.
Katherine Kelly Lang is quoted as saying, “Before I read ‘Soul Mate’ if you’d told me I’d be rooting for a relationship between a teacher and student, I’d have said, you are crazy! But these are great characters and a great story. Not only did I root for them, I was inspired by them. And the love scenes—Wow!”
Ron didn’t know he was writing a novel when he started. “I thought I’d write some diary pages of Ridge Forrester at 17 for the B&B website. About two pages in, it took on a life of its own becoming the story of Lance van Arden and his teacher, Claudia de la Rosa, discovering their mutual destiny in a very extraordinary way.
