"THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL" RECEIVES TWO DAYTIME ENTERTAINMENT CREATIVE ARTS EMMY® AWARDS”
June 18, 2012 Los Angeles, CA… CBS’s hit daytime drama THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL received two wins at the 39th Annual Daytime Entertainment Creative Arts Emmy® Awards on Sunday, June 17, 2012 at The Westin Bonaventure Hotel.
THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL received awards in the following categories:
Outstanding Achievement in Art Direction/Set Decoration/Scenic Design for a Drama Series: Jack Forrestel, Production Designer; Fabrice Kenwood, Art Director; Elsa Zamparelli, Set Decorator; Charlotte Garnell Scheide, Set Decorator. This marks the sixth win for B&B in this category, with five previous wins, in 1988, 1991, 1992, 1993 and 1994.
Outstanding Achievement in Hairstyling for a Drama Series: (THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL tied with The Young and the Restless in this category.) Michele L. Arvizo, Key Hairstylist; Audrey Soto, Adriana Lucio and Romaine Markus-Myers, Hairstylists. This marks the fifth win for B&B in this category, with four previous wins in 1996, 1998, 2009, and 2010.
