Hope offered Steffy the one thing she’s always wanted… Liam. Unappreciative of Steffy’s response, Hope sums up her relationship with Liam to her step sister. Brooke attempts to console Liam and assures him that fate will bring he and Hope back together. The confrontation between Hope and Steffy heats up and Hope gets the final word. Steffy remembers her time with Liam but knows that her final decision was the right one.

Liam gives Hope the plea of his life for Hope to agree to work through this obstacle so that they can finally start their lives together. Taylor professes her pride in Steffy for the sacrifice she has made. Brooke thinks that this is too easy and that Steffy is up to no good. Taylor comes to Steffy’s defense against Brooke and Taylor makes a big request of Brooke. Hope makes her decision.

Hope stands by her decision while Liam listens to advice from Steffy. Brooke tells Hope that she is leaving the door wide open for Steffy. Steffy and Liam share a deep moment.

Hope tells Liam that if they are going to be married, she wants a wedding day do-over to wash away the memory of what happened on their wedding day in Italy. Bill is upset with himself for accepting Hope as his daughter-in-law after finding out that she has left Liam. Sparks fly between Steffy and Liam as they enjoy a morning of fun in the sun together.

Rick steps up as the supportive big brother as he backs Hope’s decision to move out of Liam’s home. Katie gives Liam a piece of her mind about how she feels about his cavorting with Steffy. Marcus and Dayzee partake in an impromptu celebration with friends at the coffeehouse. Brooke is issued a warning by Steffy that Hope’s actions could lead to losing Liam forever. In return, Hope issues Steffy a threat to stay away from Liam while they work on their relationship.

Marcus and Dayzee bask in their love for each other and remember the paths that they took that brought them together. Steffy takes some time off of work at Forrester Creations to focus on her “vacation plans” and ending the love triangle between her, Liam and Hope. Rick attempt to discourage Hope from giving Liam a second chance at their marriage.

Steffy pays a visit to Liam and presents him with an ultimatum to chose between her and Hope. Ridge and Taylor fondly reminisce about their past as they make comparisons to the Hope/Liam/Steffy situation. Rick gives Hope unsolicited advice about what to do regarding Liam and their marriage.

Ridge fills Eric and Stephanie in on the current events that are going on between Hope, Liam, and Steffy. Liam begs Hope for forgiveness and an immediate answer on whether or not she will give him a second chance. Steffy eagerly awaits word from Liam about whether or not he is going to choose her or Hope to spend the rest of his life with.

Thomas and Caroline’s relationship grows while spending the afternoon with Danielle. Convinced that she and Liam need a fresh start in their marriage, Hope selects a date and location for their next wedding. Hearing that Liam and Hope are going to re-do their wedding vows, Steffy decides to take him out on a night on the town to show him what it is like to be free.

While Liam trying to shake off and remember the previous evening, Steffy does her best to keep proving to him why he shouldn’t get married to Hope. Stephanie voices her reservations about Liam and Hope’s marriage when Hope asks to have her wedding at the Forrester Mansion. Bill is put on the spot when Katie questions his involvement with Deacon’s untimely appearance in Italy.

While Hope is consumed with planning her wedding with Brooke, Stephanie and Pam, Liam and Steffy’s fun and frolic adventures continue. Stephanie has a health scare that prevents Hope from keeping her dinner plans with Liam. Feeling rejected and stood up by Hope once again, Liam refuses to sit home alone and sulk.

Stephanie does not mix words with Hope when she explains why she and Liam should not be married. Liam and Steffy enjoy an exciting and wild time together drinking and dancing at a hot LA club the night before he is supposed to re-marry Hope. Brooke and Ridge prepare for Hope and Liam’s wedding.

A foggy and hung-over Liam awakens after a night of partying with Steffy and finds the remnants of his crazy evening, which he immediately regrets. Meanwhile, Steffy is wickedly pleased with the results of her bad influences. Guests begin to arrive at the Forrester Mansion for Hope and Liam’s wedding, but no sign of the groom.

Hope becomes livid when Liam admits that he’d been out with Steffy the night before and accuses her step sister of purposely changing his appearance the night before their wedding. Devastated by his current situation, Liam attempts to clean himself up which only leads to a messier physical appearance. Steffy defends herself to Taylor, saying that she only wanted Liam to see what living a carefree life would be like before he becomes boring Mr. Hope Logan. Hope announces that that Liam isn’t ready to get married and flees with Liam chasing after her.

In front of the Forresters, Logans and Spencers, Liam begs Hope to forgive him. Hope rebuffs Liam and tells him to leave. As Ridge, Brooke and Katie comfort Hope, Bill unable to witness his son demean himself any further, takes harsh verbal and physical action with Liam, bringing him to a standstill. Taylor and Steffy discuss love and loss and specifically Taylor’s romantic history with Ridge and Brooke. Hope surprises Steffy when she arrives on her doorstep.

Hope chastises Steffy for making a mockery of her wedding day and declares that they are no longer friends. Liam acquiesces to Bill but then tells him that he is acting like a Spencer, and explains how. Hope demands to know from Steffy what happened between she and Liam. Caroline is taken with Rick’s chivalry towards his sister. Rick confronts Liam and makes a threat he’s willing to make good on. Caroline questions Thomas about dating Hope.

Liam vows to Brooke that he will make things right with Hope. Hope’s line of questioning annoys Steffy so much that she ends the conversation. Rick hints to Thomas that he should reconsider being with Hope. Brooke lays down the law to Steffy who lashes out in frustration in return. Hope and Liam have a serious conversation about the future of their romance. Thomas remembers his proposal to Hope.

Rick comforts Hope and tells her that Liam’s night out with Steffy is inexcusable while Steffy comforts a devastated Liam. Rick tries to convince Hope to give Liam up, but Hope thinks that if she can find out that nothing happened between Steffy and Liam from someone other than the two of them, that she could forgive him. Liam recounts his antics at the wedding luncheon to Steffy. Steffy becomes convinced that Liam isn’t over her yet. Rick does some sleuthing to find out the truth about Steffy and Liam and then hatches a plan to keep his sister away from the man she loves.

Knowing that his son is going through hell not knowing what the current status is in his relationship, Bill discourages Liam from attempting to reconcile with Hope. To ensure that his sister isn’t hurt by Liam anymore, along with a couple of other ulterior motives, Rick puts Othello in a difficult position with Hope. Now with Othello on track with his plans, Rick focuses on Thomas to be his next pawn.

Still dumbfounded by Hope ending their relationship for good, Liam is blindsided by Rick’s quick maneuver to get his sister out of the house. When learning about Hope and Liam’s defunct wedding, Steffy is surprisingly hesitant about making her move. Hope turns to Thomas for comfort and declares that Steffy and Liam and finally be together. Rick sits back and enjoys watching his machinations at work.

After much searching, Liam finds Steffy in a familiar location at Venice Beach where they share a chemically charged reunion. Rick convinces Thomas and Hope into spending more time together, hoping that will free up Caroline’s time for Rick to swoop in. Ridge and Taylor discuss the recent events and how their children’s lives have been affected by them.

Continuing to be Hope’s support system, Thomas helps her move the rest of her belongings out of Liam’s house. To add to the awkwardness of the occasion, Hope and Thomas find themselves face-to-face with Liam and Steffy. Rick works on the next part of his plan: to convince the rest of his family that Hope is better off with Thomas than she is with Liam.

When Liam makes one last ditch effort to change Hope’s mind about moving out of their home, she informs him that he should be with Steffy. While Thomas is busy helping Hope, Rick uses the opportunity to let Caroline know that he is still very much interested in her. Pam and Donna’s rivalry forges on as they bicker back and forth while sharing a desk at the Forrester reception area.
