THE BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL® DADDY YANKEE CONTEST
GENERAL: The Bold and The Beautiful® Daddy Yankee (“Contest”) is subject to and regulated by all applicable laws in any nation, state or other jurisdiction. Participation in the Contest is void in every jurisdiction in which participation is prohibited by any law, statute or regulation. PAID, INC. and BoldAndBeautiful.com does not warrant that participation in this Contest is permitted under applicable law(s) in any jurisdiction. PAID, Inc. and BoldAndBeautiful.com may, in their sole discretion and at any time, modify and/or make changes to these rules. The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States of America govern these official rules and your participation in this Contest. By participating in the Contest you are agreeing to submit any dispute concerning your participation or this agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the County of Worcester, Massachusetts. PRIZES: Two (2) Grand Prize winners will receive (1) signed copy of Daddy Yankee’s new Album (CD) “Mundial”, and a pair of 3D glasses to watch Daddy Yankee’s new 3D video “Descontrol” on YouTube. Twenty-five (25) Second Prize winners will receive (1) headshot that is signed by Zack Conroy (Oliver), Kim Matula (Hope), Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy) and Daddy Yankee. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, you must be a registered member of the official The Bold and The Beautiful website, www.boldandbeautiful.com. All current registered members will automatically be entered to win. Registration is free for anyone who wants to sign up and be entered for a chance to win. Only one entry per eligible participant shall be accepted
DEADLINES: The contest will begin on Tuesday, June 1st, 2010 at 10:30am EDT. All submissions must be received by 4pm EDT, Tuesday June 8th, 2010.
PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY: All contestants must be legal residents of the United States, Canada, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. All eligible entries will be considered. Bell-Phillip Television Productions, Inc. reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with the rules stated above, or may be, at B-P’s sole discretion, disruptive, offensive, or may pose a threat to B-P or CBS-Television City personnel. Employees or agents of BoldAndBeautiful.com, PAID, Inc., The Bold and the Beautiful® or their respective subsidiaries, and other related companies and the immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to enter. The eligibility of all participants to receive prizes after winning BoldAndBeautiful.com sweepstakes and/or contests is subject to all of the provisions contained in these Official Bold and The Beautiful® Daddy Yankee Contest Rules, along with any other applicable guidelines or rules posted.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants at the time of the selection.
WINNERS AND NOTIFICATION: (2) Grand Prize winner’s and (25) Second prize winners will be randomly selected in a drawing to win. The Winners will be notified within one (1) day from the date of selection. The Winners will be notified via email, telephone and/or U.S. mail, and will have 24 hours to respond to PAID, Inc. and accept his/her prize. If a Winner does not accept his/her prize within 24 hours, a substitute winner will be selected. Specific instructions about how the Winners will receive his/her prize will be conveyed upon acceptance. Winner may be required to submit valid identification and other information to verify eligibility prior to such delivery. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for any cash value, credit, or future BoldAndBeautiful.com promotions. Winners are responsible for paying any federal, state or local taxes on the value of any prizes received, and for any and all expenses in connection with use of a prize. If for any reason a Winner is found ineligible to receive a prize, the prize will be forfeited. Any fraud found subsequent to the awarding of a prize will result in the immediate revocation of the prize. All decisions made by BoldAndBeautiful.com with respect to the selection of Winner(s) are final. Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize package, a Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, including but not limited to advertising and promotional purposes for BoldAndBeautiful.com, without additional compensation, through any and all means and media, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world in perpetuity. Nothing shall obligate BoldAndBeautiful.com to so use or engage in any of the above.
CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY: The Contest is subject to and governed by the Rules herein. By participating in this BoldAndBeautiful.com Contest participants accept and agree to be bound by these rules. By participating in the Contest, you agree to be responsible for your own actions and to release BoldAndBeautiful.com, The Bold and The Beautiful®, PAID, Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and other related companies, and all parties' directors, officers, employees, and agents, including advertising and promotional agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the Contest or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond their control that may cause the Contest to be disrupted, postponed, cancelled or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. All prizes are provided "As Is" and BoldAndBeautiful.com, The Bold and The Beautiful®, and PAID, Inc. disclaims all warranties and conditions express, implied or statutory, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. BoldAndBeautiful.com, The Bold and The Beautiful®, and Paid, Inc. are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected communications, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete registration whether caused by the participant or an equipment or technical malfunction, or for any equipment or technical malfunctions or errors, including but not limited to hardware/software failure, lost/delayed corrupted data, interrupted modem connections, and so called system "bugs." Any communication that is illegible, incomplete or late will be disqualified.
TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF CONTEST: The Bold and The Beautiful, and PAID, Inc. reserve the right to halt the play of the Contest at any time and for any duration of time due to situations beyond its control such as strikes, acts of God, technical malfunction, etc. BoldAndBeautiful.com and Paid, Inc. also reserves the right to terminate the Contest at any time at their sole discretion by giving notice at BoldAndBeautiful.com. The Contest will terminate at 11:59 p.m. (EST) on the same day notice of termination is given.
