And the next one, too. S11 E46. Horrible video quality as well.

Oh no. The missing episode 91 from season 11 is the Hitchcock Psycho episode. I really wanted to see that again.

S11E100 - same issue as the S01E51. Impossible to play. Shows an error.
I am so relieved to see that I'm not the only one with issues on S1 E51! Can anyone watch it at all? It is such a bed episode to be without, considering what happened the episode before it...

Hi everyone — I wanted to pop in and say a huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who has contributed to this thread. The level of detail, care, and dedication you've all put into documenting these issues is genuinely incredible, and it has not gone unnoticed. We hear you, we see all of your reports, and we are actively working behind the scenes to track down missing files and resolve every error on the list. This is exactly the kind of community feedback that makes this platform better for all of us, so please keep it coming — if you spot anything we haven't caught yet, report it right here and we'll add it to our list. We know how frustrating it can be to hit a roadblock in the middle of a binge, and we sincerely appreciate your patience while we work through these fixes. Thank you again!
Thank you for hearing us! As a priority, please can pull down Season 10 and re-add it in HD?
Issues:
- entire season is poor 360p resolution.
- music cues missing on episodes S10 Ep135-190 (eps#2506-2561).
- no closing credits on episodes S10 Ep135-190 (eps#2506-2561).
There are also several season 9 episodes with no music cues and missing closing credits. Eps: 14; 22; 30; 38-41; 47; 48; 54; 59-61; 69-71; 228; 230.
Look forward to seeing these fixed very soon. Thank you so much.

Thank you for earnestly trying to improve the app! It means a lot and it is why I’m keeping my subscription. Please check out the background music audio. In particular, I could barely watch episode 73 because I could not hear a word Stephanie was saying over the music. The same episode on Tubi is fine so I know it’s not a problem with the master tape. If this gets fixed and the missing episodes get added, you’ve got a customer for life!

Hi there are a lot of episodes that are missing and that have no sound at all and some that you can’t even play and there is a bug in the app and you have to delete all the episodes and add all the episodes back because you need to fix it because i can’t watch like this in till it’s fixed again

Could you please add S13 E211 (3345)?
