At the jail, Erica tells Sheila she is a sorry excuse for a mother. Sheila plants a possessive kiss on her daughter's lips, telling her they will always be connected no matter how hard Erica tries to fight it. Dr. Bloom informs the Forrester clan that Brooke is expected to make a full recovery. Meanwhile, the operating team works feverishly on Taylor as they begin the process of removing the bullet. Taylor makes it through the surgery, but remains unconscious.
