Sheila's signs of life begin to flatline in the hospital. Steffy believes that Sheila is faking a heart attack. Li attempts to convince Finn to let her die. Ultimately, Finn takes action and begins to save Sheila’s life. Everyone is stunned to learn that Ridge has been in Los Angeles the entire time he was absent and was working in tandem with Bill Spencer in a sting to take down Sheila. Bill and Ridge are bombarded by anger from Eric, Brooke, Katie, Carter, Donna, Taylor, Stephen, and Lucy over their actions with Sheila. Ridge assures them that Bill had to do what he did to get Sheila back in prison and that, in Ridge’s eyes, Bill is a hero. Bill defends his actions. Finn continues to use a defibrillator on Sheila as Li urges him to let her die. Finally, to Li's dismay, Sheila comes too and recognizes that Finn has saved her life. Bill reveals that Sheila is back in prison after confessing to a long-ago murder, leaving the group ecstatic. Extended Director's Cut.
