Taylor and Bill let Sheila know her fate is to be alone behind bars for the rest of her life. Deacon downplays when Hope declares him a hero, as he is hiding his conflicted feelings for Sheila. Sheila threatens Taylor by revealing she shot Bill. Not wanting to lose Katie or have her be hurt again, Carter reminds Katie of the dreadful things Bill has done in the past when Bill arrives back at Katie’s office. Troubled by his feelings after meeting with Hope, Deacon visits Sheila in prison, explains why he did what he did, and begs forgiveness. Bill confesses his love to Katie in front of Carter.
