Finn agrees that Douglas needs a break from the drama he's been surrounded by and decides to have Douglas move in with them. Thomas meets with Eric, who reprimands him for his misdeeds. He suggests Thomas spend more time repairing his relationships with the multiple people he hurt than fighting over custody of Douglas. Eric is stunned to learn that Douglas chose to live with Steffy. Thomas alludes that he’s happy with the outcome as he's sure he’ll have full access to Douglas whenever he wants. Finn sets up Douglas's room as Steffy recounts how heartbroken Hope is. Steffy acknowledges Finn for being such a wonderful father and is now a role model to Douglas. Douglas shares a poignant moment with Liam and Hope before leaving for Steffy's house.
