Ridge and Agent Chen watch through the cameras as Bill proposes to Sheila. Stephen expresses his anger at Ridge to Brooke and Lucy. Deacon and Hollis speak about Hollis's date with Brooke and what happened. Sheila stops Bill mid-proposal and asks what the conditions are. Bill insists that there are no conditions; he's proposing because he loves her. Sheila asks for time to think and tells Bill that she'll answer him when she returns. Ridge and Agent Chen become concerned when they realize Sheila is at Deacon's place. Ridge assures Bill he's on the right track and encourages him to press on again. Extended Director's Cut.
