Ridge tries to reassure Brooke that Hope and Liam will be able to salvage their relationship. R.J. admits to being concerned about Hope. Brooke has a hard time grasping why Hope would jeopardize her marriage, but believes Hope's actions were a result of suppressed feelings. R.J. asks Brooke if she thinks Hope and Liam can survive this, but she admits to being unsure. Hope begs Liam for forgiveness, but he once again tells her that his lack of trust in her has made their marriage irreparable. Liam reminds Hope that he expressed his concerns to her many times, but she chose to ignore his feelings. Thomas finally confesses his kiss to Steffy, resulting in them arguing over who was at fault. Thomas is surprised when Steffy reveals that Liam witnessed the kiss in Rome. Thomas wants to set the record straight with Liam, but Steffy advises against it. Hope tells Thomas that Liam doesn't want anything to do with her anymore and wants to move forward with a divorce. Extended Director's Cut.
