Stephanie tries in vain to dissuade Brooke from letting Eric move back in with her because of Little Eric. Stephanie is stunned that Brooke intends to keep this piece of information from Ridge. At Pierre's Café, Ridge, whom Brooke has not yet told about Eric's plans, meets Taylor. The doctor makes a rather unusual accusation: she thinks that he is not being serious about Brooke. Blake watches this scene closely from the bar. He wants to make sure that Ridge will soon fall in love with another woman.
