Sally dresses up like Madonna to turn Clarke on, but the two are interrupted by Lt. Burke. Thorne decides Jake stole the formula, but Macy doesn't believe it. When Jake realizes he will never have a chance at Macy, he turns himself in to Lt. Burke and confesses to stealing the formula.
