Black screen no video playing at all in app and web
Same here, wonder why...
For me specifically, it's S1 E51... I made it up there with no problem. On my TV, I get a Code-1 and told to contact about it, on my laptop, it's just a black screen, nothing is happening... on my phone, if I use the app there, it's a Code-3 and told to contact.
I contact and get no help, the episode S1 E52 will play and I can click on everything else so far and they'll play but I'm obviously wanting to watch them in order and not skip anything that I've paid to watch. It's should be a juicy episode too and I don't understand why I can't view it no matter what I do.
Customer support just tells me to record a short video to show them what happens or send a picture when the code shows up. I did that and the response was basically asking me to repeat 'if this doesn't work send a video of what happens or a picture'... I'VE ALREADY SENT THOSE ;^;
