Sheila returns home from saying goodbye to Deacon and looks in the mirror, not realizing she's being recorded. At his wits' end, pretending to be in love with Sheila, Bill declares to Ridge that he will propose to her. Stephen and Lucy visit Brooke at Forrester. Brooke tells them how Steffy stopped Ridge's wedding to Taylor and how she’s proud of her for doing the right thing. Steffy reminds Hope that she once told Paris she thought Thomas was hot. She puts Hope on the spot, asking if that is still true. Stephen gets stuck on the fact that Ridge never spoke openly to Brooke about the CPS call. Ridge is shocked that Bill would consider proposing to Sheila, but Bill holds that this is the only way to get her to confess all her murderous sins. Ridge is surprised when he receives a call from Stephen chastising him for being MIA to his family when they need him the most. Hope shoots down Steffy's theory and wonders why she is even bringing this up. Bill performs for Sheila’s benefit. Extended Director's Cut.
