Wyatt encourages Liam to talk to Hope and try to work things out. Liam and Steffy both recall their kiss but have different reactions to it. Thomas tells Steffy about what he did after the show in Rome, but keeping his word to Hope, he doesn't tell her about the kiss. Steffy advises Thomas to protect himself and admits to knowing about what happened. Brooke reveals to Ridge her concerns about Hope's marriage and explains everything that happened after the press event. Ridge is shocked to learn Hope initiated the kiss, but admits that he is pleased that it wasn't a result of Thomas' past obsession. R.J. does his best to console Hope. Hope tries to keep a brave face but eventually breaks down as she comes to terms with the consequences of her actions. Hope is optimistic that she can turn things around when Liam arrives back home.
