April is ecstatic when Deacon reveals that she will be getting studio time, but she gets a little miffed when he rags on the Forresters. Deacon's mood sours even more when Brooke’s wedding dress is delivered. Brooke is crying at the foot of Massimo's bed as he enters. A disgusted Brooke tells Massimo what she just witnessed. Massimo admits that he wanted Brooke to find out and that he knew all along. Massimo claims that Brooke suddenly fell ill and got her out of the party without raising suspicion. A satisfied Massimo then toasts to Ridge's future, certain it will not include Brooke. When Brooke returns to her house, she orders April to leave, and then crumbles at the sight of her wedding gown.
