Thorne is upset to learn Macy and Deacon really are engaged. Thorne gets Macy alone and asks her to truly say she no longer has any feelings for him. Before Macy can respond, Deacon returns and throws Thorne out. Deacon tells Macy not to let Thorne get to her. Bridget is dismayed to learn Stephanie arranged for Brooke and Nick to be stranded together. She pleads with Stephanie to leave Ridge and Brooke alone, but Stephanie is sure she is doing the right thing. Brooke and Nick wake up and see Ridge. Having learned what happened from Corky, Nick informs Brooke that Stephanie was behind their stranding. Ridge pushes aside Stephanie’s involvement, saying what matters is his commitment to Brooke. He asks Brooke to finally commit to just him.
