FBI Agent Chen reminds Bill and Ridge why they are making the sacrifices they have when they disclose what a strain it has been to lie to their loved ones. Ridge Bill and Agent Chen watch curiously on the cameras as Sheila answers Deacon's call. Hope admires Thomas’s new designs. Thomas remains excited to make the Hope for the Future fashion line a success. Steffy watches Thomas and Hope work together and wonders about Hope's feelings for Thomas. When Thomas leaves, Steffy questions Hope about working so closely with Thomas. When Sheila arrives at Deacon's, they recount their deep connection. Sheila realizes Deacon cannot throw away his relationship with Hope for her. Even though Hope maintains that her relationship with Thomas is strictly professional, Steffy remains concerned.
