Sally tells her lawyer that she is prepared to make Clarke a full partner on their second wedding anniversary. Again, Clarke tries to get Felicia to be more than a co-worker, but she still refuses. Clarke confronts Jake, but Jake won't admit to stealing the formula. Clarke punches him in the stomach and then leaves, frustrated. Macy begs Sally to help keep her out of jail.
